Born at Tinker Air Force Base (Oklahoma City, OK), Gary embraced the values of a military upbringing. Graduating from Waipahu High School in Hawaii, he joined the U.S. Army, inspired by his father’s patriotism. After an honorable discharge, Gary excelled at Halliburton and then pursued his passion for Law Enforcement, rising to the rank of Lieutenant in 13 years. While advancing his career, he majored in Criminal Justice at Blinn College and later earned a top-ranked Bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University. Gary’s commitment to learning led him to found Noble Investigations & Security Solutions, LLC, leveraging his expertise in safety and justice.

Gary’s journey includes studying International Relations in China, and he’s currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management, with plans for a PhD in Criminal Justice. Transitioning from public service to entrepreneurship, he’s founded a professional security and private investigation company. With unwavering professionalism and a unique skill set, Gary is dedicated to safety and security, echoing Nelson Mandela’s belief that they result from collective consensus and public investment, particularly for the vulnerable in society.

Bryan Lightfoot

Director Of Training
With over two decades of service in law enforcement and the military, Bryan has a long history of protecting and serving the community. His career began in the US Navy and transitioned into a role as a Corrections Officer with the Travis County Sheriff's Office. HE graduated from the TEEX Police Academy in 2007 and holds a Master Peace Officer License through TCOLE. He has served as a defensive tactics instructor, a Master Defensive Tactics Instructor, a TCOLE Instructor, firearms instructor, and patrol rifle instructor. Bryan also has experience as a Reality Based Training instructor, specializing in Force on Force and ALERT based training.
